Program description
The Kim Au Law Case Updates program sends informational text messages from the Law Offices of Kim, Au & Associates, APC to its existing clients about their own legal matter — appointment reminders, document requests, and case status updates. Messages are sent individually by firm staff. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Consent & frequency
You receive messages because you provided your phone number to the firm and consented to be contacted about your matter by text. Message frequency varies with case activity — typically a few messages per month. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving legal services.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. The firm does not charge for text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After opting out you will receive no further texts from this program (a final confirmation message may be sent). You can re-subscribe by contacting our office.
